How we work
No jargon, and no disappearing for three weeks. At every stage you know what is happening and what we need from you.
Call and quote
Thirty minutes on the phone or a Google Meet call. We work out who you want to attract and what the site actually has to do. A firm quote lands within 24 hours.
Day 1–2Design
You see the homepage design before a single line of code exists. We revise until it is right — only your approval starts the build.
Week 1Build and content
We code it, load your copy and images, and set up forms, Google Maps, Analytics and technical SEO. You get a live preview throughout.
Week 2–3Launch and care
We put the site live, hand over every login and show you how to edit it. From there you can run it yourself or leave the technical side to us.

The site is yours once the invoice is paid — a subscription is never a condition of handing it over. You take one only if you would rather not watch backups, updates and small edits yourself.

Common questions
What does the price depend on?
Mostly on page count and features. A simple one-pager for a local service is a different job from a site with a product catalogue, a blog and a booking integration. After the first call you get one firm figure and a written scope — with no extras appearing halfway through.
How long does it take?
A one-pager usually two weeks, a full company site three to four. The most common cause of delay is not the code but waiting on copy and photos — which is why we tell you up front what we will need and when.
Will I own the website?
Yes. Once the invoice is paid we hand over full access to the domain, hosting and admin panel. You can move the site to another company whenever you like — we lock nothing down and never hold your domain on our own account.
Do I have to take a subscription?
No. You pay once for the build and the site is yours. We do not use the “website for one złoty” model with a multi-year subscription contract. Monthly care is a separate, entirely optional service you can cancel with one month’s notice.
Do you help with copy and photos?
Yes. On the Company website package we help structure and edit the copy based on a conversation with you. If photos are missing we either use licensed stock or recommend a Poznań photographer we work with.
Do you only work with companies in Poznań?
No. We are based in Poznań and know the local market, but the whole engagement runs remotely — calls by phone or Google Meet, with the design and a live preview in your browser. That means we work just as easily with companies in Poznań, the surrounding towns and across Poland.
